PULHAM REPAIRS PHOTOGRAPHIC REPORT

1: Excavation to form trench behind rockwork

2: Excavations behind rockwork to the depth of the original footings

4: Misc. Underpinning repairs following placement of pre-mix concrete foundations / footings

5: Installation of ‘Helifix’ s/steel bars to front elevations of the pulhamite rockwork, bridging the large vertical cracks. The cracks were first filled with sand / cement, left to harden and then had horizontal 10mm channel cut across the crack with a grinder. The channel was injected with ‘Helifix’ epoxy grout and the ‘Helifix’ bars were then bedded into this.
